• Friendly staff that make an effort to be helpful and welcoming.
• No refrigerator or microwave in room.

“Relatively easy access to I-295; very close to small mall with good restaurant options; friendly, interactive staff; well-equipped exercise room and large indoor pool (no lifeguard); breakfast buffet, reasonably priced with wide variety of food items; coffee, tea & hot chocolate available at all times in lounge; attractively decorated and well-maintained rooms and public spaces; free copies of USA Today and Wall Street Journal as well as Internet access in convenient location.”

• Worst trip ever!

“My car was broken into and my GPS was stolen, the hotel did not notify me until the morning leaving the car un-attended with a broken window during a rain storm. To add insult to injury, we were charged an extra day even though they knew we had already checked out! ”

• I liked the convenient location and the wonderful accommodations.
• I can't think of anything I didn't like.

“I will stay there again. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The Lincoln mall is in walking distance and providence airport is 20 minutes away. Pool was great. Free hi speed internet and complimentary laundry soap and softener sheets. It was great!”
