• Comfortable beds, very clean throughout.
• The bathroom was a little small and we were surprised that the continental breakfast was not complimentary.

“The room was very clean and comfortable, especially the beds. I have stayed in this hotel in the past and it looks as if it was recently updated. It looks beautiful and the entire facility was very well kept. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to stay again.”

• The friendly, helpful and courteous staff.
• The long walk, I am disabled.

“I was in Plainfield for a funeral and the staff was very helpful and courteous to my needs and the hotel was close to where I needed to be in Plainfield. The staff was willing to work with me concerning checking out after the funeral although it wasn't needed after all. A pleasant experience.”

• Location, price and indoor pool.
• Only reason for the stay was to take my daughter and niece swimming but pool was closed for renovations don't believe that was on the internet.

“I will unfortunately not be back until the pool is working. I have something called girls night out were me and my daughter who's 4 stay over and I wanted to take her swimming. So I went all day on lunch getting bathing suits and floaters only for the pool to be closed. I was very disappointed and so was she.”
