• Cost of the dining.

• The room was comfortable, plenty of room.
• The construction was terrible.

“Overall, the hotel was comfortable. However, the sign posted at the hotel stated that the remodeling construction starts at 8:30am - 3:30pm. It actually started at 7am and it was directly above our room. Needless to say we were not happy with the hotel manager when he did nothing to stop this. Please note that this hotel is a non-smoking facility. We had to go out to the front of the hotel to smoke and stand by an ashcan. No outdoor furniture was provided which made it uncomfortable. After the remodeling is completed I would rate this hotel with 3 stars. (Manager needs to pay more attention to the hotel guests rather than the construction).”

“Property was clean, well kept, and the friendly staff was very responsive to any needs. Room was newly renovated. The lobby was spacious and well appointed. It is a hotel where you would want to stay for several days.”

• No noise from the construction in progress was not present at all.
• Some of the room service delivery persons are more friendly than others.

“I loved the hotel. Barely able to tell the hotel was under construction at least not in the room. Housekeeping tends to walk right on in. But otherwise staff was warm and friendly some more than others. Great if you want a getaway. It's tucked in a quiet corner, we thought we were lost but turned out we were going the right way. Glad we made it our stay was memorable.”

• The suite made a great place to work from for several days. Setting was beautiful.
• The ice machine was not working. Not a big deal.

“The hotel was great, a great living room and bedroom. The bathroom was superb. The grounds and the area of the hotel was also excellent. I loved the place. I am leaving home next week and moving in.”

• Front desk was very helpful, courteous and professional.
• The pillows on the beds were small and overstuffed. Not good for comfort.

“This hotel is centrally located for shopping, conventions and vacationing. Large room with 2 king-size beds. The beds were very comfortable the staff was hospitable and professional and I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• Atrium-like room positioning.
• Room could have been cleaner, but site under construction.

“I thought the hotel was very nice, considering it is currently under renovation, the small issues I noted will probably be handled shortly. I felt safe and the staff couldn't have been nicer.”

• Currently undergoing major renovations.

“This is my second visit to the hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is expensive for what it is.”

• Good price, restaurants in hotel are convenient.
• For a 3 star hotel, room & hallway appearance was old, not updated.

“I expect a higher standard of a 3 star hotel, but continue to see hairs on the mattress pad between the mattress and the fitted sheet. These should be changed after each guest if not daily and should definitely be free of someone else's hairs.”

• Great access to King of Prussia mall and local attractions.
• The linens and pillows were of low quality.

“Good location for accessing local attractions (King of Prussia mall etc). Good parking, quick check in. Rooms spacious and of reasonable quality but the beds need an upgrade.”

• Perfect layout with suites, very convenient for visiting family.
• Several ice machines were not working, coffee pot was cracked.

“An attractive hotel, easily accessible from US 202. It is in a park like setting with nice landscaping. Lobby is very attractive and rooms are spacious.”

• Comfortable bed, reliable internet connection.
• There was smoking allowed in the bar area; so all the hallways smelled of it from the open atrium.

“A little tired, but comfortable. At the price it was good value, the bed was comfortable. Very roomy. Reliable internet connection.”

• Nice pool and nice staff. Good location, easy to fine, convenient to other large attractions in the area.
• The breakfast was not great.

“This hotel is in a good location with regard to other interesting attractions nearby. It is also convenient to a lot of good shopping. It was sufficiently welcoming to families with children and would also be fine for business travelers.”

• Price.
• They billed me for unauthorized charges, wanted to charge me more for a non smoking room or for 2 double beds.

“I have unauthorized charges on my credit card due to this hotel so I will not stay there in the future and now have to dispute the charges with my credit card company.”

• Size of room. Had our own space separate from child.
• Bathroom not as clean as expected. Still under renovation.

“Even though under renovation, overall impression of VFS very good. Staff very friendly, rooms¿ tidy but needed new carpeting. Little one loved the glass elevator. Nice proximity to attractions and the highways.”
