• Dirty, charged extra for a fridge and microwave in the room.

“This is the second worst hotel I have gotten. I seen it said Wyndham and I was expecting a nice hotel. This place is pretty much a rat trap. It might have been a nice hotel years ago but not anymore.”

• The hotel was beautiful and clean with a reasonable pricetag.

“I was very pleasantly surprised when entering this hotel. As the Marriott Mt. Laurel was rated at 3 1/2 stars while the Wyndham at 3, I expected the Marriott to be a bit better, but this was not the case. We received a large room with queen sized beds. There was no refrigerator though. The only other complaints I had was we were next to the ice machine which could be disruptive, and an alarm was triggered twice in the last day we stayed there. We had to exit 8 floors down the stairs and wait outside for a half an hour while the firemen inspected the building. Then, we had to go all the way up the steps again. I have no idea why this happened, and was not pleased when it woke me up in the morning. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I'm sure they will do something about the alarms soon.”

• They were doing renovations.
• They were doing renovations, one room was awful and the other was passable.

“Hotel was okay, nothing special. They are working on renovations. My room's toilet ran and ran. I complained to the front desk and was told they would fix it, when I got back to my room it appeared to be okay, that was until I used the toilet and it ran again. I complained once again and they said they would fix it, if not they would move me to another room. I ended up fixing it myself. The other room had just an awful bathroom, water too high in toilet, tub/shower was nasty, holes, mold, etc. not nice at all. My father stayed in that room and I did not know about any of this until we left or I would have complained. Ice machine was out on our floor, we were there for 4 days and it never was working. I don't think I would stay there again, my comfort is more important.”

“Overall satisfactory. Complained that the deadbolt could not lock on the door and the said they would have maintenance look at it the next day! Never offered to move me to another room.”

• The staff was friendly and attentive.
• The elevators did not always work.

“The Mt.Laurel Wyndham is a clean, well run, guest friendly hotel, equally at home service business travelers and family groups. The staff is always available and always willing to help. Although the hotel is (still!) being renovated, the renovations are being done in such a way as to minimize any impact on the guests. I suspect that, when the renovations are complete, this hotel will become a destination for experienced travelers wanting to stay in the area.”

• I like the hotel bar, it was small yet very friendly.
• Nothing not to like. The room was very big and clean, the hotel common areas were nice.

“Upon checking in, I was greeted very politely by the hotel staff and assigned a room quickly. My room was very big and clean; modern as well. I had dinner and a couple of drinks at the hotel bar and found that to be a pleasant experience, plus dinner was reasonably priced.”

• There is a smokey smell throughout and there was constructtion above my head all day.

“Good location, clean rooms, consistent service, nice amenities. Construction and a smoky smell, but just in the hallway. Would recommend to anyone needing to be in the Philly area, but not in Philly.”

• It had a pool.
• Ee asked for new sheets and they were not given.

“Wyndham Mount Laurel was a really nice place to stay. They are doing renovations, but they did not affect our stay. It was a bit further away from Philadelphia then was stated on websites, and not very close to any train stations (15min drive) but overall not a bad place if one is looking for a more upscale hotel for holiday.”

• This pool had some really great features: pool, free WiFi, exercise room, library.
• Shower had very poor pressure and was not hot.

• The location was great, it took no time at all to get into Philadelphia.
• The breakfast service was below par. I asked for a menu and was told I could use the buffet, but the buffet was being taken down.

“The hotel was clean, attractive, and was in a good location.There were other restaurants around the area, and we were able to hop on and off the highway. The only low point of the stay was the morning breakfast.”

“The staff was very nice, the onsite bar and business centers were nice. The elevators were a little shaky and the bathroom needed to be redone. Housekeeping was a little rude knocking more then once in an hour before checkout. Other than that my stay was ok.
