• it was difficult to find from the highway. Staff was not always available.

“For the quality of the hotel,
I was disappointed. The clerk when we checked in was not friendly and allowed the phone to ring 20 plus times. Later when
I returned with an item the previous guest had left in the room, the clerk had disappeared altogether, and the phone was ringing again.”

• Location was right off 95, clean and modern.
• Breakfast was not included.

“Very conveniently located right off 95 as we headed for Philadelphia Airport in the morning. The room had a comfortable king sized bed and a desk/sitting area.”

• Lobby & café.
• Not able to switch to a room with no connecting door.

“Nice renewed lobby does not reflect the older rooms. Rigidness of staff in not changing the room from a room with a connecting door to one that does not have a connecting door. Despite the fact that the two rooms are priced the same.”

• Nice indoor heated pool/whirlpool & 24 hour gym.
• No vending machines anywhere on the property.

“Nice clean, great big queen bed with six pillows! Quiet .slept great! Lots of hot water clean and clean! Everything you expect from a Marriott. Even free coffee 24/7 in the lobby.”

• I needed handicap accessible and they obliged graciously and efficiently.
• No free breakfast. No mirror in bedroom.

• Right off the highway and clean.
• There was really nothing that we did not like.

“The check in was very easy. The hotel is right off the highway and had many restaurants in the immediate area. We picked the hotel for the pool, but unfortunately did not have time to take advantage even though it looked very nice.”

• The bed!
• Breakfast buffet was overpriced.

“The staff was very friendly, the room was nice and very clean, and the bed was divine. I've never had a more comfortable bed in any hotel I have stayed regardless of the stars.”

• The mattress was very soft and comfortable.
• Housekeeping knocked and started to enter the room before we could get out of bed to answer the door.

“The room was clean and comfortable. The set up of the bathroom was perfect for travelers. I would stay at this hotel again.”

• The location was convenient to stores and restaurants.
• We had difficulty finding the hotel - directions were not good!

“We had no problems or complaints with this hotel, the people who work there, or the room. Actually, we were very pleased with the location of the room. We were in a corner room, near the ice machine, laundry facilitates, workout room and pool. Overall, I think this hotel deserves excellent ratings!”

• Swimming pool.
• Maid service for the rooms needs to be addressed.

“Hotel experience was overall good. Staff was very pleasant and courteous. Level of security for all outdoor entrances except main entrance was great! You needed your room key to get into the building even in the daytime. Maids need to be more attentive in their cleaning skills, though. Otherwise, nice stay.”

• Great location, very clean.
• Thin walls, a bit noisy. Noisy in-room heat/air.

“Good business class hotel, also good for visiting relatives in the Mt. Laurel/ Haddonfield/cherry hill area. Clean, smaller rooms, with in-room heat control (noisy). Nice, small workout area and clean pool. Walls are thin, though. Noisy TV left on all night in the next room.”

• Parking space and far from check in.

“A 2.5 star, if his one was a 2.5 then the valley forge Hilton inn, king of Prussia pa is a 1, this was really a 3, and was a great value, clean, redone, easy in/out. ”
