“The hotel itself is in a great location. The room was very spacious. The hot tub was great! The staff was friendly.”

“Due to my job I am on the road a lot and I stay at Fairfield Inns whenever I can and this one is by far the worst. Check in time is 3PM and my room usually is not ready until at least 3:30PM. When I get to the hotel I just want to get in my room! Another annoyance of this hotel is that the key cards for access to my room stops working at least twice a week! The hotel is under renovation and they are actually trying to replace beds while people are checked into their rooms. Wouldn't it make sense to replace beds immediately after each room is renovated and not when people are living in them? That brings me to my next point. When I checked in yesterday I was given a room that was getting its bed replaced. Thinking I was coming back to a new bed I got back to the hotel at midnight and my key wouldn't work! The front desk activated my card and when I got in finally I had NO BED! I had to go back to the front desk and get another room. The work that is being done to this hotel is sub-par at best. It looks as if they hired somebody's relative to do cheap work and it shows. There is paint on everything including the carpets and the wallpaper is bunched up. Half of the parking spaces are lost to the renovation for storage containers. If you are looking for a pleasant experience go somewhere else.”

“This is the ideal place to stay near Philly if you have a car. The room and facilities are better than some top hotels in downtown Philly. The only problem I have is the ventilation. Windows in the room cannot be opened. And some unpleasant smell in the aisle. Overall, this is a good hotel and it worth's every penny you pay.”

“Fairfield Hotel was the right choice and the right price. It was easy to access from my point of intent. Pool facility was tempting, but no time to use it. Shower stall and toilet are divided from the sink and mirror; just one of the features I appreciated about the hotel. I try to bring my own pillows when I travel, but since I forgot it, I was forced to use theirs. Much to my surprise, it was very comfortable. I slept like a baby and didn't have to fight with the pillow all night!”

“While difficult to find and in an isolated area in terms of activity, it was a good site to just relax and unwind from my day's travel and sight-seeing. Just wished there was more to do on the site itself.”

“Hotel was great. Location perfect. Superior deluxe breakfast in the morning a bonus. When we arrived, they were out of Non-Smoking rooms. Therefore, we had to stay in a smoking room. Which I truly do not like.”

“Hotels in Cherry Hill and Mount Laurel, NJ, are often advertised as "convenient" to the Philadelphia area. However, it can often take 45 minutes or more to reach the city. If you want to be close to Philly, stay in a Philly hotel. That said, the Fairfield Inn is a cheap alternative if you're willing to drive a little further and pay $10 each day in turnpike and bridge tolls for the commute. The hotel is aging, and lacks the amenities (like conditioner or washclothes) that I expect from nicer hotels. But the rooms are comfortable and the hotel offer free high speed internet, parking, and breakfast.”

“Good location for travelers with cars, plenty of parking, a short distance from Philadelphia by car (no luck without a car). Free wired internet for laptops is very useful.Hotel has some issues with cleanliness - some areas have a dusty/wet smell, and others have a strange air freshener scent. The combination of the two caused me to sneeze many times one morning. The swimming pool is very small and has limited hours (closes at 11pm), but in good condition. The front desk responds very well to concerns over the phone or in person.”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn Mount Laurel. The room had cable, high speed internet access, a coffee pot, a hair dryer, and an iron. The hotel also has a gym and serves a verity of free breakfast choices. This would also be a great hotel to say at in the winter because the pool and spa are indoors.”

“A nice hotel, well kept, located near both the major interstate and the turnpike. The staff however seemed unhappy at all times during the day and were never very friendly.”
