• Pool/Jacuzzi area was great!
• House keeping opened door at 7:30 am to clean, knocked while opening door.

“Dirty pillow cases and housekeeping coming through the door at 7:30 am (only knocked while opening the door). Other than that, got a bargain through Priceline.”

• The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
• Coffeemaker in the room could have been cleaner.

“Very nice hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Also, there was ample parking. Could use some vending machines: soda/snacks. I would definitely stay there again.”

• The front desk cookies were great and staff very cordial.
• Rooms wee a bit cramped.

• Front desk check in. housekeeping privacy.
• The bathroom a little grungy.

“It worked well for us, housekeeping respected the privacy sign but left extra towels on door. staff cleared car park of snow well. Staff all pleasant. Would stay again.”

• The pool was dirty.

“The staff was very helpful. It was a business traveler hotel. The whirlpool wasn't functioning and the pool was chilly and dirty. Did not meet my expectations for the price.”

• The staff level of service, the pool/whirlpool, free internet access, and the breakfast all made our stay great!
• The unavailability of free wireless internet was a drag, but the free wired internet was appreciated.

“We truly enjoyed our stay, which started with a late-evening check-in, but thankfully the pool and whirlpool were open until 11:00 pm. Our room was clean and air-conditioned. We were not given vouchers for free breakfast. Check-out was also quick, requiring just a simple phone call to a voice mailbox.”

• Although it was non-smoking, every room had a balcony. Wonderful atmosphere.
• The sink is separate from the bathroom - disturbs resting partner.

“The atmosphere and staff were great - as was the food. The only thing that I would have them change is to make a complete bathroom instead of the sink being outside of the bathroom. I was really worried about disturbing my partner while tending to my facial routine.”

• The hotel was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly.
• I had trouble finding the hotel from the main road.

“I found this hotel room clean, roomy and comfortable. The pull out bed was easy to assemble. I felt safe and relaxed while there. It was near to stores but not so close as to cause discomfort. I need to return to Wayne so I naturally decided to stay here again.”

• It was clean the staff was friendly and helpful and I have no complaints.
• It was hard to find the first time. They need at least one more sign to supplement the one on Rt. 30.
