• Free breakfast was excellent.
• Slight smell of cigarette smoke in room and halls.

“This is a very nice, modern hotel. Room had a refrigerator. The free breakfast was excellent. The room had a separate sleeping and sitting area with a door in between, which was nice. Bed was small, would have preferred a king.”

• Breakfast and Breakfast servers were nice.
• Request non-smoking room and was assigned to a smoking room. It was disgusting.

“The room had burn holes in the carpet and reeked of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting and unacceptable.”

• The location of the hotel to shopping and to the interstate and the ease of getting in and out.
• Did not like that the hotel had work being done above my room at 3 am in the morning.

“Everything about the hotel was excellent service. My room was clean and cleaned often and fresh. Only have two gripes 1) I was bitten by a spider fairly bad while I slept left a large red mark on back of my neck. 2) The working on the room above me two nights in the row One night it was cutting or drilling and the second night it was pounding This all took place at 1 am or later. Woke my son up both times.”

• The hotel was clean and the service friendly.
• The rooms were cramped and facilities were cramped.

“This is a nice hotel, it was just cramped. The queen size bed was closer to a full size bed. The room was set up as a mini-suite in what would normally be a regular size hotel room. This made it hard to move around.”

• Clean, friendly, convenient, good location, and accommodations.
• Nothing.

“Overall my review is good. I like staying here for a number of reasons, but I need a non-smoking room for health reasons (Lung Disease) and I keep getting smoking rooms every time I stay here and they do not seem to be able to change me to a non-smoking room once I arrive for check-in. Otherwise, it's ok.”

• Friendly staff and good location, close to highway.
• Room could be cleaner, especially cleaner bedding.

“It's ok and affordable. If you're not too picky, it gets you where you're going. We weren't there to have fun but to visit the Cancer Center there and like I said, it's good enough if you need to save some $$. Unfortunately, I am very picky and if I say it was ok then most people would be more than ok.”

• It was perfect for several days of vacation in Bensalem.
• There was nothing that I did not like.

“It was pleasant and comfortable the beds were clean and fresh - the complimentary breakfast was very good and gave variety for the several days we were there. The staff was especially nice and friendly.”

• Very comfortable bed, liked the free breakfast.
• Only thing missing was bar to hold onto in the shower.

• The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful.
• I was on a floor that was smoking and non smoke when I came home my clothing was full of cigarette smoke.

• Adequate parking.
• TV blew up, forced to change rooms after I was already settled.

“I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The room wasnt that nice, linens were old, and not a lot of space, and my TV blew up on my first night. I had to change rooms after I had already unpacked everything. After I told the staff about the TV, they called me a few minutes later & told me I would have to change rooms. At least 15 minutes later, I presented to the front desk with all my stuff & inquired about my new room. They acted surprised & I had to wait a few minutes for the staff to search their computer for a room. This should have been figured out as soon as they told me I would have to change rooms. I didnt appreciate this debacle especially since I had to get up at 6 a.m.”
