“This hotel, though hard to find with no street number on sign, is conveniently located in front of the Philadelphia Racetrack/Casino and in the same complex with the Bucks County Visiting/Tourist Center. The decor is appealing to the eye, clean, and comfortable.”

“This was a great hotel for the money and I would recommend it to anyone. It was just far enough off the highway to be a quiet place to stay. There are lots of restaurants nearby if you don't want to dine at the hotel. Very nice overall.”

“Elevators both were stuck between floors as I checked in, had firecompany rescue. Reception on TV was poor traced problem to damaged cable connection. Mini fridge was moldy. Found bottle caps in room from previous tenants.”

“This hotel was a great choice! Our check in and check out was less than two minutes each way; a necessity when traveling with children. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was nice to relax in and the work out facility had up-to-date equipment. We had no complaints about this room.”

“Pleasant front desk staff, during weekdays and weeknights; very quick and easy check in. Courtyard Bensalem is conveniently located to numerous malls. It is only 10 minutes away from the outlet mall, Franklin Mills. Located right off 3 major highways/roadways and very convenient to both Philadelphia and Trenton. Situated in a secluded area that allows for a quiet, peaceful stay on nicely landscaped grounds. Directly behind the Philadelphia Park/Casino, you can walk to the place. Most of the staff has been wonderful since I have had to stay here for a few months while displaced from my home. Rooms are very comfy, nice work desk that pulls out to place your laptop, extra papers, etc. Highly recommend this courtyard for a quick getaway for local residents, as well.”

“I was extremely impressed with this property. Even though I prefer hotels with a restaurant on site, this hotel is beautiful. There are two restaurants located next to the property (walking distance) and you do not have to go on the main road to get to them. A plus as far as I am concerned.”

“Great price, comfortable. My kids loved the pool and whirlpool. Close to Sesame Place, and Philly attractions. Two of my four days I didn't get my three towels and one day my coffee wasn't stocked, but those are the only things I can think of that weren't perfect and those can be fixed with a phone call. As for my son's seizure, there was something about the fluorescent light in the bathroom that tripped a seizure for him. I stopped using that light and that helped (there is a regular incandescing light in there as well) --this is of course not the hotels fault, just want to give a heads up. Staff was very helpful and called paramedics for me.”

“From the time I entered the lobby and was welcomed with a smile and a warm greeting, to the time I checked out at noon, I was made to feel very comfortable by the staff at this hotel. I was also very pleased to see a pool because I thought they only had a whirlpool. I took advantage of both amenities, as well as a few others they had available to me, such as their computers with internet and their workout room. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I encourage anyone who looks for the comforts of home when they are traveling to stay at here.”

“This hotel is pretentious, but does not live up to appearances. Management seems to be allowing it to gradually run down with heavy use. Nevertheless, our stay was comfortable in a clean room with a good shower and relatively convenient to downtown Philadelphia for the price.”

“Good for sleeping only, any service is none existent, when in Philly area, I do not want to stay here, I am busy, when its time for me to rest I want services, not to have to drive to get a bite.”
