• Convenience to my activities.
• It lacks charm.

“ The hotel was clean and convenient. For a simple, inexpensive place to stay it is fine. It is utterly lacking in charm. However, it did fill my needs and was very reasonably priced. ”

• The location was great.
• The room smelled bad, and the pool had too much iron in it.

“I think we over paid for our room. I've stayed at better hotels for less than we paid. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. The room just smelled like someone left their swimming clothes all over the place. When we did use the pool it smelled like iron so bad and had rust stains on the drains. If the place had an update then it would be more worth the price.”

• I loved having the sitting area separate from the beds.
• The desk clerk did not acknowledge me while I waited for him to get off the phone.

“Excellent value for the money, friendly and knowledgeable staff and within 8 minutes to Hershey Pa and attractions. Very good experience overall.”

• Was very clean and staff was very friendly. Internet was free which was great.
• The rooms are very small. Their suite was basically a standard room with a couch smooshed in there.

“Great Hotel is you like Standard rooms. Clean, nice friendly staff. There suites are not suites though. So if your looking for simplicity in a clean environment, this is the hotel for you.”

• They weren't kidding about sleeping on the interstate.

• The beds were super comfortable and the room was large.
• The continental breakfast was a waste and it was a bit of a zoo.

“Overall I was impressed with the room. It was large with a fridge and microwave. The beds were super comfortable and the service was great. My only complaint would be that the continental breakfast was sorely lacking in quantity and variety.”

• Easy to locate from the highway.
• I could hear trucks driving by on the highway all night.

“Overall, the hotel met my expectations. It was clean, included a continental breakfast, etc. The only negative was the fact that my room faced I-81 so I listened to trucks driving by all night. The way the heating unit works, I wasn't able to just turn on a fan to drown out the truck noise. Next time, I'll be sure to request a room on the other side of the hotel.”

• Pool and hot tube where very nice and the room was nicer than I expected.
• The hot portion of the continental breakfast was sausage patties; egg squares and makes your own waffles.

“The hotel is great for the price, room, facilities and closeness to many family activities. Our room was on the highway side and we felt like we were sleeping in the median because of the level of truck noise. I'd stay here again but would request a room away from the highway.”

• The staff was helpful.
• Pool was filthy and cold. Hot tub was scalding.

“For the price of this hotel the quality should have been slightly better. The staff was friendly enough and the breakfast in the morning was o.k. Everything else about this hotel was average or below. The worst part was the pool and hot tub. The pool was very cloudy and cold, so bad I wouldn't let my daughter swim in it. The hot tub was just that. HOT! In fact way too hot! That is unless you enjoy first degree burns. Overall I give this hotel 5 out of 10.”

• It was really close to Hershey Park.
• Coming back from Hershey, there was no sign to let you know where to turn to get back to the hotel.

“The hotel was great and close to Hershey. I traveled with two small kids and was very happy to see that my room had a microwave.”

• Friendly, nice breakfast, great location and the rooms are great.
• That you don't have internet so guests can print out there return boarding passes.

• The room accommodated our needs.
• The bathroom was nasty and needed to be cleaned. Toilet was sticky. Floor was dirty. I cleaned it myself.

“The hotel on its own would not get my business again due to the bathroom's being dirty and the staff not being very attentive. When I walked in, one girl was on the phone and another one was sitting looking at a computer. The one on the phone continued her obviously personal conversation loud enough to echo through the lobby while the other girl helped me. Once in the room, I went to the bathroom and I stuck to the toilet. When I cleaned it, I actually brought up other people hair from between the seat and top by the hinge. It seemed as though it may not have really been cleaned in a while. When I bathed my kids later that evening I put a towel down right outside the tub but once they stepped off of it, they made mud on the floor. I actually made a towel black cleaning up the floor. I was not happy with the bathroom at all. The rest of the room was ok, not great. I wouldn't stay in that particular Comfort Suite again. It was ok to go and sleep in. Thats all we needed but I will definitely not stay there again.”

• Attractiveness of the room. Seemed clean.
• Pool was murky. Front desk mgr didn't speak English well.

“This was a nice hotel. It looked quite fancy when you walked in. The front desk staff made it a point to speak Spanish to each other while I was looking right at them waiting to check in - I found that rude. The manager was Indian American and was not cordial and did not understand what I was saying to him. They did not seem eager to help an out of town guest who didn't know her way around the area.”

“I will not stay here again. The cost of the room was too much for what the hotel offered. Also friends of ours booked a room and it was 30.00 cheaper. Hotel needed to offer more to guests.”
