• It was close to my final destination.
• The room was dingy, the staff was unfriendly.

“I was very taken aback by the unfriendliness and rudeness of the staff. My room smelled funny, and the water in the sink in my room smelled funny. The carpet was worn and dirty. The place did not have a clean feeling. I would not stay here again.”

“The staff was not always helpful and the night staff was rude. The towels were dirty as was the refrigerator. The phone in the bedroom did not work and you had to go to another building to get ice. It was just a bad experience.”
