• Only the convenience to the airport.
• They gave us an extremely noisy room even when we requested a quiet one. Then we called in the middle of the night and they said it was wind.

“I felt they gave us really noisy room even though we requested a quiet room. They had some type of machinery going all night and it was coming from the bathroom vents.”

• I like location. Right by the airport. Quick access to highways and local community, but still outside the city bustle. Staff is courteous.
• The breakfast is not included in price of room, and is inconvenient to guest additional charge.

“Hotel is in a great location, especially if you're on business. Close to local airport, highways, and local communities. Staff seemed friendly, readily available. Private parking is available, if not try local streets. Overall room was well decorated not luxurious but worth the price. Modern amentias include flat screen TV, wireless internet, and microwave/fridge. Hotel has two elevators for convenience, and a access ramp for large suitcases or handicap access. Overall experience was great. I will probably stay again when I return to NYC.”

• Staff was exceptional and hotel shuttle very helpful - bed very comfortable - clean and welcoming room.
• Bathroom door was heavy and closed loudly by itself.

“I would stay at this hotel again as it provided me with safe travel to and from the AirTrain to go in the city. The staff was exceptional in attitude and service. The room was clean and beds comfortable.”

• Shuttle to JFK, good free coffee in lobby, nice looking hotel.
• Coffee pots in rooms did not work.

“A very nice hotel near JFK. Would stay there again. Dinner at the hotel was so-so, not bad. Did not care for overpriced buffet breakfast. Cook makes eggs on request. She did not do a good job. They would be better off with free continental breakfasts.”

• Free shuttle to JFK, free coffee in lounge, free computer.
• Coffee machine in room did not work.

“Good airport hotel. No nonsense. Rooms comfortable. Good TV. Restaurant breakfast, just so-so. Had dinner that was alright, not great. Good people at front desk. I would certainly stay here again if I'm in the area.”

• Good location for traveling on an early flight the next morning.
• Quite small, but good for one night.

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although the rooms were small, they were comfortable and clean. There was a small restaurant and bar in the lobby which met our expectations.”

• The bed was comfy.
• Never picked us up at JFK, we had to pay for a cab. .

“Hotel was beautiful. We waited at the airport and after 20 minutes called the hotel and the clerk said that he would send a shuttle and call me back. It's been 4 days and I still haven't received a call. We had to pay for a cab. There is only wireless internet in the hotel not high-speed internet.”

• Excellent bed and linen, close proximity to jfk, great shuttle service to jfk.
• Questionable neighborhood, don't feel safe outside of hotel.

• Near to the airport but in a boring residential area.

“Clean room, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle bus picked me up within minutes. Free wifi. In a residential section with no restaurants or other facilities around.”

• Loved the bed! Mostly the pillows! Shuttle to/from JFK.
• Can't think of anything we didn't like.

“We booked this hotel through price line, got a great overnight price, we had an early morning flight out of JFK to YYC and this one proved to be very convenient, with pick up and return to JFK. They picked us up right where we dropped off the rental car. The driver of the shuttle was very helpful with our baggage, delivering it right to our room. The coffee/beverage service was very much appreciated + the coffee was good. I will recommend this location to any one that needs this overnight stay when going to NY. The pillows/mattress are to die for. Thanks to your staff for making our last night in NY enjoyable! The wireless internet was also appreciated with a good strong signal.”

• The staff was friendly. Convenient to JFK.
• The hotel allows guests to park in its facilities, only via valet which charges $20. Neighborhood dint appear to be safe.

“I would not recommend this hotel for family with kids. The rooms are small and there is no space to park outside the hotel. The only way to park is to pay the valet (to park in hotel premises). The neighborhood does not appear to be safe. There is heavy traffic right around the hotel, so not very safe for kids. Its good for business travelers who want to stay close to JFK.”

• A little far from airport, need to take the air train to another station to take the shuttle.

• Excellent bedding blanket etc. Clean new room.
• No parking, tiny lobby, small rooms, limited TV channels.

“This hotel is new so the rooms are very clean and fresh it has very comfortable beds and cozy blankets. The staff is ok, the lobby is tiny and there is very limited parking I think it costs money. Basically this property was built on limited New York space and they tried to squeeze as much as possible in as little as possible its' great for pilots or other people not traveling with cars. I wouldnt use it for more then one night I would not recommend it for families the rooms are small.”
