• Manager upgrade after treated rudely by hotel staff.
• Rude counter staff bug in bar drink. hotel owner son mannerism at bar was disgrace.

• The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very responsive.
• Nothing negative to say.

“The hotel was a short commute to Atlantic City. The breakfast they offered with your stay was just barely a little better than a continental breakfast; but adequate. It was a little difficult getting to the entrance of the hotel coming from Atlantic City, you had to go past the hotel for several blocks then execute a U-turn then come back to the hotel entrance and approach slowly so that you don't miss it because the hotel sits back from the road with no sign curbside to alert you of the entrance. Overall my experience was very pleasant.”

“I was pleasantly surprised that it was not a total dump. The beds were full size (half way between twin and queen) and were hard, although that did not bother me. At 9:00 one morning my wife was talking on the phone, and the guest next door banged on the wall and asked her to keep it down. Based on how the sound from that traveled and how much the walls shook from the banging, I would say the walls were really thin. They also provided a pretty decent breakfast, compared to what you normally get, but it was quite disorganized.”

• When the first room was too awful to stay at, I went down to the front desk and they switched me right away no questions asked.
• The rooms were awful and the service was terrible. Especially room service.

• Clerk at desk was friendly & helpful.
• Room was too warm and AC could not be controlled.

“I found it clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the room was too warm and we could not lower the temperature ourselves.”

• Noise, unfriendly/unhelpful staff/dirty room.

“I arrived at the hotel, was not given the room that I had confirmed on the phone with them (2 beds). We get to the room and there are urine stains all over the bathroom. Even after asking them to clean them, they were still there the next day. The place is very open, therefore you hear the noise from the events and other guests. Our neighboring room was so loud and treating their child so poorly that I literally almost called DSS. I would never ever want to stay here again.”

• Very clean room. A lot of TV channels, good quality picture. Very hot shower.
• They don't provide free continental breakfast anymore. There was noise from other guests who were drunk and tried to get ice from the ice machine.

“The main lobby looks less attractive then it was a year ago. The hotel management should reconsider the past year changes because they make the hotel a less desirably place to stay.”

• That night clerk was the most pleasant and exuberant I have met in a night clerk.
• Nothing bad to say.

• That one desk clerk.

“The desk clerk just ignored me when I asked for a king or full size bed, for me and my wife. After I was told over the phone. Before my visit, that it wouldn't be a problem. Instead he gave us double beds.”

• The free breakfast was great but the restaurant host was not well organized.

“Clean, quiet, comfortable, OK location, good free breakfast. The host in the restaurant for the breakfast needs to better organize the way he seats people and the attention he pays to the line of people waiting to be seated.”

• The breakfast buffet was good, although it ended at 9:30 am on a Sunday
• No Hot Water, No Light in Bathroom, Restaurant did not serve dinner (on a sat night at 5:30 pm)

“The Hotel did not meet my expectations. There was no hot water, and no light in the bathroom- cold dark showers are always nice I guess. We had planned on dinner at the Hotel to save time, but on a Saturday night at 5:30, they were not serving dinner. The Breakfast buffet was very good, however in a place like Atlantic City, where people are probably out late, and up late, a breakfast that ran until at least 10:00 am would have been nice. Also, the hotel did not have enough seating to accommodate everyone at Breakfast which caused a line.”

“Hotel room was fine. Not enough help for the front desk. I had to wait 30 minutes in line in the morning because the hotel staff made my bill look like I was charged twice. I will never recommend it to any friend.”
