• Excellent location.
• Service was poor and hotel was not clean.

“Hotel is old and shabby. Rooms are dated and not clean. Housekeeping neglected to service our room on the third day of our stay - someone came when we called after returning to our room at 9:30 pm. He did a pretty decent job in the bathroom but we sent him away when we saw him cleaning our drinking glasses with the Windex he just used to clean the bathroom.”

• No toner or paper in business center for four days.

“The rooms were clean but the halls and other facilities were dirty. Enjoyed the new fridge and microwave. They were out of toner for the printer in the business center for the four days I was there.”

• The location was good and the room appeared clean.
• They gave me a room with a lot of damage-ripped upholstery and damaged furniture.

“My husband and I are missionaries on a very limited budget. I would have been fine with 3 days which would have been plenty of time to check for damages. We were traveling because my brother was getting married, and we had to borrow money just to get home. It was embarrassing! They also gave us a room with a lot of damaged furniture and walls. I took pictures so I could not be blamed. I was very disappointed and almost late to the wedding because of the holdup at the front desk.”

• At least the roof didn't leak.
• It's a dump.

“This hotel is a nightmare. It's very large and you have to walk forever to get anywhere. Parking is very difficult because they have large functions there. The elevators barely accommodate a luggage cart. Had to move it in and out (and it was on its last leg anyway) several times to get it to fit in. No complimentary coffee; the so called breakfast is horrific! A dump.”

• I like the convenient of this hotel. The rooms are a good size.
• Noise level, a lot of trash in elevators and on room floors.

“Staff is verifying friendly and accommodating. The location of this hotel is very good and there are a lot of conveniences near by. The rooms are a good size and are clean. The pillows are too soft. The noise level during the middle of the night is certainly not monitored and is very annoying. Trash was in front of rooms and in elevators.”

• Carpets in hallways were stained and appeared to have been that way for some time.

“A convenient, reasonably clean hotel that was quite adequate as a sleeping place. Rooms can be quite some distance from the lobby and parking. A good medium priced hotel.”

“Large clean hotel. Convention going on during last visit, noise in the hall, only one small working elevator made for lone waits. Did not feel comfortable to partake of included breakfast because of crowd.”

• Great value, clean, 2 sinks, comfortable bed.
• Worn carpet, somewhat weak water pressure.

“We were pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the extra sink outside the bathroom. The TV was large, and there was also a microwave and large fridge. The king size bed was comfortable, although we had to ask for extra pillow-cases since the current cases weren't large enough for the pillows. While not a luxurious hotel (the carpet was old and a bit worn), we had a comfortable stay with no problems.”

• Hated all aspects of this dark dreary rundown filthy place.
• Carpet filthy, glasses filthy, mattresses like concrete thin hard moldy smell in A/C system, dirty filters needs updating big-time.

“This hotel is dirty, rundown, need new mattresses, new carpet, updated air-conditioning system, furniture old and stained. Manager admits needs updating. However no refund or discount for sinus pain from A/C filter being filthy, horrible dirty hotel. Board of health should take a look at this hotel.”
