• Price and clean.
• Staff did not speak very good English.

“This hotel met our expectations. The staff were not as friendly as I would have hoped. We asked for early check in a week prior to our stay & we were told that would be fine, however we arrived 2 hours early & had to wait a half hour for our room.”

“I liked the cleanliness and the friendly staffs. However, I am disappointed. No internet connection in room. I am not getting an Ethernet/Data connection of any kind. I was told to bring my kids to the lobby for internet connection, which is a pain to watch them after a day of driving/activities, then ran to the interference with other folk kids there. TV picture quality are poor -- old TV set and bad video. This is not a Comfort Suite that I was expecting at all.”

• Lost and found we forgot a coat in the closet and they claim they do not have.

“Good location, good shuttle service but staff not honest, we are absolutely sure we left a spring coat in the closet of our room but they claim to not have it.”

• Terrific value for price and twenty minutes drive from times square.
• Thin sheets; hard to understand Indian staff.

“Five of us shared two double beds and a single hide-a-bed without difficulty. The sheets were gossamer thin, but the room was adequately kept up and clean. The area is safe, but it's essentially on a busy road with car repair shops. Not attractive for walking. Depressing sort of neighborhood. But the room was quiet. Smoke in the hallway was unpleasant, despite our no smoking room. Great value. From our car park at 54th and 8th aver, at 10:30 p.m., it was less than 20 minutes through the Lincoln tunnel to the motel lobby. Probably no longer than walking to many nick hotels or taking a subway. There's supposedly a shuttle into the city through the tunnel, but at each for five people, it wouldn't be much of a bargain for us. It's possible to take a train in, but getting to the train would have taken quite a while. So, this is a great choice if you are low on cash but have a car. It's a more difficult choice if you want to take public transportation to nick. The complimentary breakfast was a nice money-saver, too.”

• Location poor but very pleased with all other aspects including breakfast as a very sophisticated world traveler. Obviously only hotel available in.
