• There was an excellent restaurant down the road.
• It was under construction.

“This place was a joke. It's been under construction for some time. Owners lived upstairs and were clomping around. Pillows were flat as a pancake. They didn't use fitted sheets!! The bed pad along with the sheets keep popping off the bed. The blanket didn't fit the bed (too small) Continental breakfast was very lame.”

• It was under reconstruction.
• I was not made aware that it was under reconstruction.

“It was a humble inn that unfortunately was under reconstruction during our visit. The room we had was clean but a little tired. The bathroom sink blocked on use. There were no amenities and really no atmosphere. It was just a place to spend the night at a decent rate.”
