• Lobby and pool/fitness area neat and clean.
• Smoking room horrendous, not enough non-smoking rooms.

“Staff a bit rude on check in when asked if a non-smoking room had come available (a 'you got what you booked' attitude). However, different staff on Sunday did accommodate a room change to non-smoking, so my spouse who has asthma did get sleep the second night. No hairdryer in room had to be picked up from the front desk. Would not use this hotel again.”

• The breakfast was outstanding for a free breakfast.
• The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke, even our room that was supposed to be non-smoking. Sickening!

• I could hear a dog barking in a neighboring room.
