• I appreciated the free upgrade to a two bedroom 2 bath suite!
• I did not like finding out about the parking fees upon check-in!

• The staff was GOOD and HELPFUL.
• The bugs bite me in bed.

“Wished the bugs did not bite me in bed - the blankets? I liked the room and the kitchenette. Just wished the pool was heated. Or if there was a jacuzzi. The artic blast came through the region. I figured out how to get around town from people and getting wrong instructions. An adventure to ride around town and got back to the hotel safely. Overall, the staff was VERY GOOD and PROFESSIONAL and WARM. Thank you.”

• Rooms with kitchen in it.
• Parking lot doesn't have sign showing where the elevator is.

“It is a good hotel that has kitchen, and it has microwave, toaster, and stuff like that. Plus the internet is free.”

• It was easy to get to off the highway.
• The first room they gave us smelled horribly.

“I was quite dissapointed that it was more of a long term stay place.. cats in the window - people lived there and the atmosphere was more like poor apartments than a 3 star upscale hotel. I would call it Motel.”

“Was so happy to get this hotel. We could prepare our own meals, enjoy the happy hours, have a full breakfast and read the paper each day. I felt safe and secure.”

• outdoor corridors. having to pay $11.50 for parking

“This was not a typical residence inn. Outdoor cooridors made it very noisy with police and ambulance sirens going on all night. Overnight parking at $11.50 was steep.”

• Separate bedroom and kitchen.
• No hot tub, small pool, no wireless in room.

“Hotel is located near Coco walk and consists of two three story buildings with exterior entrances. I found the hotel to be rather noisy. There are two small pools with no hot tub and little landscaping. The room was clean and in good shape. Overall it was an OK place to stay.”

• Nothing.

“I was delighted to secure accommodations at this hotel. It was an exceptional suite, pristine, well-stocked, fantastic location, the staff were wonderful, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It was a pure joy to get booked into this hotel this place not only rescued me from what would otherwise have been a frighteningly awful trip to Miami.”

• Personal service, great attitude of Sam (the manager of the hotel) and his assistant, they both deserve a reward for excellent service.
• Curb appeal, floor planning, access to the second building, pool is small, public spaces such as lobby are very small and poor.

“This little hotel made my staying in Miami very enjoying and successful due to immaculate and excellent service, I needed a car - they helped me with rates, getting the information, making the contact with enterprise, also they drove me for free to the airport. It seems that they really care about their customers to make their staying the best. I was impressed.”

• 1 very large Florida cockroach.

“The hotel more than exceeded my expectations (I wasn't sure what I would get for 2.5 stars). The suite I was assigned was large, clean and very comfortable.”

• Convenient, free breakfast, large room.
• Elevator under renovation.

“This is a great hotel, right in the heart of coconut grove, walking distance to movies and restaurants. It has large rooms with kitchens and a balcony. Has a pool. It has parking, but there is a $7. Per day charge. It has a great breakfast that is included with eggs, sausage and make your own waffles, fruit, and oatmeal. Great stay and price.”

• It was very clean and I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. Great location.
• The walls were thin enough that we were awakened by the gentleman in the next room by his snoring. Hard time going back to sleep after that.
