• The pool was warm.
• Pool was in middle of lobby, was given non smoking room when I asked for smoking.

“The hotel was not at all what I expected, first of all the address does not come up in any gaps system. The pool was right in the middle of the lobby where it felt like everyone was watching us. I asked for a smoking room and was given a non smoking room right above the bar, where all night long there were many people yelling and screaming at the bar. I would not go back to this hotel in the future and would definitely not recommend it to anyone except for business travelers frequently in that area.”

• Convenient to Vieux Quebec and attractions.
• Food quality fair, Restaurant and bar service hours poor.

“Does not meet my expectations of four star hotel. Bar closed for mid afternoon hours. Breakfast buffet hot food was cold!. Room was clean but showing age. Wallpaper frayed in bathroom, tile grout discolored.”
