• This hotel was out tucked behind some other business and was quiet.
• Trouble with the key cards.

• The staff was very friendly, good location to Plymouth.
• Loud guests (neighbors) one night at 3 am, but not the hotel's fault.

“The hotel is a little far out if you want to do stuff in Boston but it was perfect for us because we wanted to go to Boston and Plymouth. The staff was very nice, room was clean and overall experience met my expectations for a 3 star hotel.”

• The outdoor pool was perfect for our young kids, it was nicely maintained and never a lot of people swimming at one time. The restaurant beside the ho.
• The room could have been a little cleaner. We found a juice under the bed and food on the carpet.

• It was convenient. The outside parking lights were motion-sensitive so that the room was dark at night- wonderful!
• They were not helpful and had a very poor service attitude.

“One example: As I struggled with a cooler of food, the desk clerk told me to use one of the valet carts. There were employees nearby who could at least have helped me lift it onto one. They charged extra for a refrigerator/or microwave. Cheap I've never had that happen.”

• Its location was ideal to where we had to go.
• The sleep number beds were disappointing.

• No complaints. Nice place.

• It was right for the money.
• Hot water was color tinged.

“Location of hotel was far from intended destination. I was visiting my mom in Stoughton and had to drive 20 miles from Rockland.”

• Elegant feel, excellent bed, pillows & bedding. The staff was great.
• I found a crusty toenail in my room so they upgraded me to a new room, a suite. The water was orange when I drew the bath & they gave me 1 free night.

“They offered a free night to compensate for the rusty water, and claimed the water situation was caused by the city & would be rectified. It didn't improve, my hair is damaged from the rust, and I spoke to other guests who said the water has been discolored for a long time. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. The Jacuzzi bath was gross and we couldn't use it. Charging a fee for incidentals was not explained to me.”

• The beds were select comfortable mattresses, very comfortable!
• The accommodations were slightly less upscale.

“The Radisson at Rockland is a very comfortable hotel with a very attentive staff. When I checked in, someone called shortly after to ask if my room was acceptable. When I asked for more towels, they were brought up almost immediately! The room was spotless and there was a newspaper at my door each morning. Free internet access, too.”

• Enjoyed the sleep number beds.
• The heated pool was covered!

“The hotel staff was nice (a little fake) when I checked in, however when I went back after being out with my friend they questioned what room I was in! It was the same person that just checked me in a few hours earlier. I just though the way he asked was rude.”

• Staff was most courteous and helpful. Cookies and drink in lobby were a great treat.
• Rooms need maintenance, drapes unhooked, handle sheared off closet door, etc.

“This is a random suburban hotel in the middle of nowhere. It's not bad, but I wouldn't call it 3-star. I think it's really more of a two-star.”

“This hotel is quiet and out of the way. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and afford plenty of space. This is a nice hotel for the business traveler.”

• Location, star level matched hotel, hospitality; expectations were low.
• Comfort level.

“This hotel matched its star level. This hotel had no elevators or handicapped access. One had to climb stairs up and then back down to the lobby and the same to the room. The small country restaurant also required one to use stairs (1/2 flight). Although, I am fortunate enough not to require handicapped access it made it quite difficult for me to navigate carrying my bag and brief case up and down the stairs. I would be concerned about one ending up at this hotel that is handicapped. They would not be able to access a room or the restaurant.”
