“The hotel staff was friendly. However at breakfast, they didn't seem attentive. The plates ran out, and no one restocked anything while I was there. The room was nice and clean. However the lack of shears in the window, had me keeping the curtains closed, so the passing cars on the main street couldn't see in the room. Also the bed was very hard.”

“My room was very quiet and comfortable. Although the shower nozzle was hard to work and broken, hence only tepid water, the bathroom was fine. Could have used a suitcase stand in closet.”

“The experience here was satisfactory. It wasn't upscale enough to warrant a visit from reception after 11 pm letting us know that having our TV on and talking was too noisy for their quiet hours.”

“Great place, super helpful and friendly front desk. Clean, quiet & safe. I would recommend to anyone looking to crash after a concert.”

“The staff was courteous and helpful. The facilities included an indoor heated pool and free (albeit slow) internet access. The beds were comfortable. The rooms, lobby, and hallways were all clean. The only issue that detracted was the smell; something's up with the ventilation system which gave the whole second floor a slight odor of feet. But it absolutely did not ruin my stay.”

“Good point is the location to the colleges is great, also continental breakfast was offered in the lobby, while it is minimal it was free. Bad point is the hotel in my opinion is not a 2 star, should be 1 star, accommodations are sparse in quality, the bedding kept popping off the mattress, musty smell in room, the pillows are awful! Suggest bring your own if you stay here.”

“This stay was to help our daughter move into her college dorm. This hotel was very convenient to stores, restaurants and the 5 colleges. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The washer and dryer ended up being an unexpected convenience. We felt very much at home.”

“We stayed at the Econo Lodge in Hadley, Massachusetts for a weekend get-away. The hotel was very clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast bar. It was well stocked and the food was great. The room itself was a bit on the small side, but a clean and comfortable room nonetheless. The Hadley area is great for hiking, biking, and visiting museums. We highly recommend hiking to the top of Mount Holyoke. The views are spectacular. We also loved the Eric Carle Picture Book Art Museum.”

“I would never stay at this hotel, the room smelled awful, the air conditioning did not work, the sheets were worn out and the carpet dirty.”

“Froze our butts off. The room was 55 degree F upon arrival. That's okay, conserving energy. Turned the heater up full blast, hoping to warm the room. By morning, the room had made it to a toasty 62 degrees. Otherwise, the folks are friendly, place is very clean.”

“Very pleasantly surprised to find this hotel so clean and new. Everything worked and the staff was very friendly. Nicely located off the main road but near everything you could want. Super value.” Amenities at Econo Lodge Hadley, Hadley
