• Comfortable beds and pillows.

“Excellent choice for the moderate traveler who wants lodging in the general Woodland Hills area. Very comfortable, clean, good showers, and friendly front desk staff.”

• The hotel staff was extremely friendly and informative.
• Was able to hear the 101 FWY since we were in the back of the hotel and requested to not be.

“Everything was timely, friendly, and clean. Did not dine in the restaurant. The major drawback is the freeway noise if you're in the back of the hotel and are a light sleeper like me.”

• Good mattress.
• Curtains were ornamental only, and would not close.

“Euro down quilts were nice. Seemed like attempts at appearance without real substance, for example, a "pillow menu" was on the bed offering 4 different kinds of pillows - none of which existed when we called to ask for them.”

• Convenient to be we needed to be. We had dress appts at ucla.
• Nothing.

• It was conveniently on street that had many establishments that are required on a trip.
• I did not find anything that I did not like about the hotel.

“Very clean, very safe hotel in a great area with things to do. I would stay here again if I needed to be in the Van Nuys area.”

• We had ask for two full beds but we got one king size bed.

“We were suppose to get double beds but we got only one king size bed and roll out bed. We very disappointed about it. we would like some kind of discount or refund. They couldn't help us because they were full.”
