• Located next to the freeway and a Taco Bell.
• I asked them to wake me up at 6 am and they did not. I woke myself up and was almost late to a meeting.

“I think the rooms had been recently remodeled, so they were nice, nothing special. I was very upset that they didn't wake me up when I asked. When they said that I did not hear the phone ring, I assured them that was because the phone did not ring. They weren't too concerned that I could have missed an important meeting. I am assuming that this is not a common occurrence.”

• Easy to get to Sherman Oaks.
• Their breakfast was not as good as other holiday inn expresses.

“They are redoing it. The rooms were clean and easy to get to the highway and easy to get to our location of Sherman Oaks. Less expensive. In a business area, car dealerships, etc. Not a prime area, but I felt safe. Denny's and other food places accessible Their breakfast was not up to the standard I am use to at the Albany Holiday Inn Express.”
