“Attractive facilities except for the entrance. I believe the entrance roadway should open into three or four lanes at the entrance to allow for parked cars coming in and out........seems it would be more efficent. The valet do a good job with what they have.”

“Went for business and it was a little bit out of the way for where we had to go everyday, but that is to be expected when using priceline I guess. This was much better quality that what we normally stay in for the amount we are alotted to spend on lodging.”

“I wanted to park my own vehicle and the parking lot a long way from the hotel. No in room fridge (honor bar system). They delivered one but it was noisy and small. The coffee maker is one cup at a time. I prefer the 2-4 cup style. There was no free coffee service in the lobby. It seems the services and amenities are out dated for my taste.”

“This hotel was definitely a 3 star hotel, the only reason it's a 3.5 is because of the amenities. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bellman, valets, desk workers, and attendants in the outside area were all welcoming. Although, we had a room attendant they knocked on our too far too much. I put the do not disturb sign on the door but she continued to knock and it wouldn't have been so bad but once she knocked she would walk away really fast. So by the time one of us got to the door she was down the hall and didn't seem like she spoke English. It also annoyed me that if we said hello to one of them, when we walked by, they ignored us (again possibly because they didn't speak English). On another occasion, maintenance came to our room while the do not disturb sign was on because there was water running off our balcony (because I poured water out of our cooler). I understand they needed to check but couldn't they have called over the phone. The room appeared to be clean but it wasn't. The first night we were there I killed a moth in the bathroom (which isn't that bad). The second night there was a large roach in the bathroom that my girlfriend had to kill. I tried to hook up my video game system only to find out the wiring system the hotel used wasn't properly hooked up. Someone had to come to our room at midnight to fix what the hotel failed to properly install.”

“Nice hotel in a great location, friendly staff but a little weak in helping with room allergy and dirt problems, room caused allergy and when we moved to a second room it was dirty with a lot of random black hair on carpet and in bathroom. Hotel food was very weak, $20.00 grilled cheese came to the room and looked like it had been sitting around the kitchen for hours, cold and dried up, breakfast in the hotel restaurant was also weak, food just not fresh. Otherwise the hotel was nice with a great location and nice facilities and upscale architecture.”

“The room did not feel clean, the air conditioner dripped all night, I went to the front desk, will repair. After this was corrected, i tried to get online, the internet did not work, our room was changed. The charge for internet is $12.95 from 12:00 noon until midnight, was charged for 2 days, but only used for 3 hours. The room did not have a microwave, no refrigerator. I am a Mayo clinic patient and this is not the place to stay if you have any kind of medical problem.”
