• The location was great.
• Gave us a key to someone else's room! Then gave us a dirty room!

• Outstanding free breakfast! Eggs, bacon, croissants, breads, cereal! More than a typical continental breakfast.
• Small indoor pool.

• The continental breakfast.
• The first floor hallway to the rooms reeked of old cigarettes real bad. Rooms were mainly non-smoking on first floor, but odor was awful.

“Overall, the hotel was fine, outside of the extremely bad odor of cigarettes in the hallway leading to our room. Cleanliness of the room was fair.”

• I like that I was given a room w/ microwave and stayed in a suite!
• No one gave me any information on public transportation.

• Clean, well-lit, comfortable beds, free internet service.
• Key didn't work in the back door. Staff took 2 days to replace tissues even after empty box left on counter.

“This hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, easily accessible to the fairgrounds and North Hampton. Good selection of restaurants & shops available in Hadley. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay there in the future.”

• This is a great location, right between the two places I most wanted to visit (Amherst and Northampton). The staff was quite friendly.
• I was only able to get a smoking room.

“This hotel met my needs quite well. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and able to accommodate most of my requests (an extra day, two queen beds instead of one king). Unfortunately, a non-smoking room was unavailable; still, for a smoking room, the atmosphere was just fine.”

“Hotel is located close to a variety of restaurants and cultural activities in a five college area. It is across the street from a small mall and movie theater. It offers a little more than a continental breakfast - for healthy, low fat/calorie choices. The staff is very courteous and helpful. A member of the cleaning staff spoke with pride as he gave me a verbal tour of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

• The staff here was great.
• The entrance to the hotel from the road is sort of hidden. There is no sign indicating where to turn in, so it is a bit confusing upon arrival.

• During the week they had a great breakfast. Very eager to please their guests.
• Heater was manually controlled which made the temp of the room very unstable too hot or too cold.
