• The best complimentary Breakfast I have ever had in a hotel motel rated it 5 star. Very good hotel staff were excellent.

• The bed was VERY comfortable.

“The bed was very comfortable. The room & bathroom were clean and spacious. The desk worker was helpful with directions. It was easy to find the hotel from the interstate. I will be staying there again next time I'm in Fort Worth.”

• Clean room, Friendly personnel, good breakfast.
• Pool was a little small. Location was 15 minute drive from Fort Worth center.

“For a "2 star" hotel, this was exemplary. A nonsmoking room was unavailable, but the "smoking" room was clean and smoke-smell-free. The pool was on the small side, but the exercise room was well equipped and everything worked properly. This included "continental" breakfast was completely adequate, and better than I expected -- an unexpected bonus! The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel is not within walking distance of anything -- a car is a virtual necessity. Even at "regular" prices, I'd recommend this hotel. For what we paid, it was a steal!”

• new, free internet, free parking, free breakfast
• not as clean as it could be....

“mold/mildew "gunk" growing in Ice Machine, food and toothpicks on carpeted stairway up from Lobby were noticed on Sun afternoon at check-in and still there on Tues at check-out... so.. over 3 days there was NO vac or cleaning of a main guest corridor ????? Very difficult location to find... poorly marked , NO STREET SIGNS”

• great location
• 1st room: a/c pumped water onto floor, bad smoke in room.

“I was not at all happy with the room I was given. Changing rooms seemed to be perplexing to staff, but one finally decided to ignore the reservation computer and move me to a jacuzzi suite since the first room was not fit for occupancy.”

• RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL HATEFUL staff members! Very sarcastic!! WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

“This hotel itself is nice. Nice area, good restaurants nearby, mall nearby. Staff unbelieveably rude, hateful, sarcastic, unprofessional!!!!! Had to call the Holiday Inn 800 # to get adequate service. Manager not on property. Desk staff ill prepared, unprofessional, did not know what she was doing! Very dissatisfied!!!!!”

• Nice continental breakfast!
• The heater in the room was not functioning properly due to dust. (Caused the smoke alarm to go off)

“The hotel was ok. I was disappointed about the rooms. I was given a handicapped room when I didn't request one. that means if someone was checking in for a room that was handicapped they would be out of luck.”
