• Very clean, nice rooms, nice amenities, and free Internet.

“This hotel is better than the rated 2.5 stars. The rooms were nice and clean. Comfortable beds, nice amenities, FREE internet. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”

• Bed Linens were nice and employees went out of their way to be accommodating.
• No stool for little people - elevator carpet needs cleaning.

“Overnight stay - comfortable, nice linens. Bartender as well as check-in desk was most accommodating and friendly. Only complaint is they did not have a stool for the little person traveling with us; most hotels have a small plastic stool for little people. Enjoyed our stay. I think the Wyndham would have more guests if they offered some type of FREE breakfast as most hotels do today.”

• Hotel was clean and well appointed.
• Staff catered to large function and not to individual guests like ourselves. No security present when problem arose.

“Hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was not helpful in handling a problem with loud guests from a wedding party staying at the hotel. We got no sleep the second night of our stay despite several calls to the front desk. They seemed unwilling, uncaring and incapable of handling the situation.
I have told several friends and associates of the problem I have had at this hotel and plan to pursue the matter with my credit card company.”

• Located in a scenic area.
• Rooms were small and not a great common area.

“There was nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, but I wouldn't go there again. The staff was all quite friendly and helpful except when I called a few days after checking out because I left something in the room. My phone call was never returned. No big loss, but it did make me think less of the service.”

• The air conditioner wasn't working, it actually sent out a bit of smoke.

• Staff effort to accommodate our family with adjoining rooms.
• Pool was small but still a nice indoor pool; no continental breakfast; bit of a smell in one room but not a huge problem.

“Friendly, helpful staff, easy to locate, within easy driving distance to several restaurants, nice accommodations.”

• Pleasant surroundings outside and warm atmosphere inside.
• The heater was very noisy.

“I have stayed here several times and always found the staff friendly and helpful. The furnishings are comfortable and the hotel is located in a quiet wooded area but is close to highways.”

• It is clean.
• It is expensive and isolated.

“The hotel is quiet and clean. But, it is set apart from the community which makes it difficult to find places to eat other than the hotel restaurant if you arrive late. Overall, I find it expensive to stay at this hotel and would prefer to avoid it if possible.”

• The bed was soft, the sheets were clean.
• The pool was too small and closed early.

“Overall, the hotel was nice and comfy, the pool was small with no extended hours, you have to drive a few miles for food, but it was clean and well worth the price I got it for.”

• Friendly staff, quality room service and restaurant.
• Poor fit for reason we were in a hotel, see below.

“Hotel lacked free breakfast, almost universal where we typically stay, but more to point, this stay was an extended stay because we sold one house waiting for another. We needed microwave, refrigerator or preferred kitchen facility, and no way to get to provide facility with such amenities, so have to spend lot on restaurants etc. Also longest stay of 21 days not longs enough. Found after moving in, 0.5 mile away extended stay America at 5.00 less per night with free breakfast, kitchen, larger room all amenities we would have wanted, wyndham hotel, which is good hotel for business traveler!”
