• Hotel was friendly and room was fabulous.
• Only second floor was available.

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay even though I had a second floor room with no elevator and have had knee surgery -- no first floor were available but the room was excellent and the staff was friendly.”

• Very large suites - lots and lots of space.
• The hotel didn't have a Hyatt sign outside - we couldnt find it for a long time.

“The facility was fabulous. We had a very large two bedroom suite (each with king beds) with two bathrooms. It was fantastic for our family of four. The pool was very nice and the breakfast (which was included) was quite nice as well. Excellent hotel.”

• It felt like my own little apartment with all the conveniences.
• Maid service knocked on my door in the am even though I had do not disturb sign clearly displayed.

“I really liked this hotel. It felt more like a town home or condo complex. I travel for business quite frequently and this hotel was more comfortable and had more of the conveniences that make for a comfortable stay.”
