• The staff was friendly and willing to meet all your expectations.
• Nothing.

“It was an excellent hotel. Since they did not have the like of room that I requested, they upgraded me to a suite, which was great.”

• Quiet and clean.
• Smoking and nonsmoking should not be on the same floor.

• The hotel was stated as being minutes away from casino it was 45 minutes.

“I live an hour away from a casino in order to have a safe trip with my friends. Where in fact the casino was 45 minutes away. I canceled the room and drove home.”
