• nice location for traveling with a car and having activities at Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT.
• The room is filled with too strong scent of the air refresher.

“Nice cozy spaces, nice location, right across the street from Crown Plaza, and not far from the restaurants and Rite Aid if you're driving. Hotel staff are nice and free internet/continental breakfast.”

• The hotel room, although vacuum and dusted was generally dirty. Doors and bathroom could've been cleaner.

“I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of my friends. It was noisy and not as clean as other comfort inns I've stayed in across the country. I'd rate this one poor.”

• There was a refrigerator in the room.
• No one could bring soap to the room.

“This hotel is very comfortable and very affordable. The room was very clean and spacious and the refrigerator was a big plus. I would stay here again.”

• The rooms were and smelled clean; microwave, refrigerator was provided.
• The breakfast area was tiny and cramped.

“Convenient to 91, the Cromwell comfort inn makes a sensible choice for the business traveler with low rates, and sensible amenities make it my choice when in the Hartford ct area. The hotel is currently in remodel. This did not affect my stay. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable. The bath is small but adequate. The room is a good size, with a mini fridge, microwave, cable TV, coffeemaker, iron, and internet hookup. The towels are clean, but a little rough. The hotel offers a continental breakfast which includes waffles, cereals, baked goods, yogurt, fresh and canned fruit, and cheese, served in a breakfast nook. The staff is courteous and friendly.”

• Excellent location, close to main freeway, which lead to all attraction, Hotel room was large , clean , and had all the amenities available.
• I didn't found any problems.

“I really like to stay at this hotel, it was our first time staying in Comfort Inn, and I am very impressed with service, room, and extra breakfast in morning that we were surprised was include, very nice touch. not many Inn's of that type have this type of service. I have put this hotel and this location on my top of the list, and I have already told my friends and family if anytime they head that direction to stop at Comfort Inn .. Thanks”

• Not enough handicap rooms.

• Cheap.
• Under construction. Smelled bad.

“The place was being ripped apart. Perhaps after the renovation, it will be great. Now it is down and out.”
