“The hotel was very clean. The pool was spotless and warm which was good when letting my two kids swim. I would definitely go back again when in the area.”

“Pleasant and clean with polite and friendly staff. The pool and laundry facility was a bonus. Great breakfast for reasonable price.”

“A good hotel that delivers the quality you expect out of a Marriott.”

“Arrived at 1:05 PM. No one behind desk, in kitchen, in office, in hallways, in conference room. Waited 15 minute, General MGR appeared. She did apologize for my wait but refused to even comp me an 8.95 breakfast - offered me 2.00 off. Guess my time is worth 8.00 an hour to her. Security concerns abound as all hotel systems, information etc. was available to whoever walked in, who knows who walked in before me and how long Shannon Vassar was away from the front.”

“We arrived after 5 hour drive, tried to check in at 1pm to freshen up and change before heading to our destination. Sarcastic front desk replied said "I'll check if your room is ready for you to check in" (how dare I insinuate I could just check-in a little early!) Not one room ready, even though the parking lot was empty. We had to go to our event and not check in until 10pm. Restaurant only open for breakfast. Very limited options at 24-hr store. Really is just a shelf of snacks and drinks run by the front desk clerk. Rooms are large and clean, though.”

“This hotel was fantastic. Very clean, extremely friendly staff. Very convenient to many activities in Williston, Burlington areas. The rooms were wonderfully comfortable. Only bad thing if I had to find one, was there was a late check out before us, so check in was 2 hours later then should be. But plenty of things to do in area to pass the time. Thank you for a great stay.”

“The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable beds. The only complaint was the noise from the hallways, and it was quite minimal. If it was a crowded hotel, it might have been a problem.”

“Overall, the hotel was okay, we did not have a remote control for the room, there were no do not disturb signs for the room, even after I requested one for the following night. Totally unromantic. The only bonus was it was close to where we wanted to be and it was clean.”

“Nice staff. Gave us an extra half hour to check out. Hotel should do something about the incredibly loud HVAC unit located behind the hotel and beneath many of the rooms' windows. It should be fixed or enclosed to provide some sound insulation for guests.”

“If you know (or are familiar with) the Burlington area the location of this hotel is perfect, right off the interstate which gives you easy access to South Burlington/Burlington exits and is close to good restaurants in Williston.”

“A typical Marriot Hotel found anywhere in the US, but blessed with a wonderful, friendly and helpful staff which must indicate excellent management.”

“We were so surprised at how elegant this hotel was! It was given a 2.5 star rating and I was just hoping for "clean and comfortable". What we got was more like 3.5 stars. The room was spotless, the bathroom was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We loved having a refrigerator in the room and a thermostat for climate control. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Burlington area. We had a wonderful weekend!”

“We were pleased with the Courtyard Marriott. The employees were very helpful, everything was clean and neat, the shuttle to the airport was not ready to run for the day so they got us a taxi on them! When we returned from the airport, they arrived to pick us up immediately, did not have to wait!”

“It would have been nice to have a free continental breakfast, but the free coffee was good and we had the benefit of a fridge in the room to allow us to bring in breakfast foods ourselves and bring home restaurant leftovers. The location is very convenient, but not especially scenic, being right next to the highway - the other Courtyards in the area have much nicer views and equally convenient locations. Compared to other Courtyard Marriott I've visited (my sister once worked for the chain), this was on the lower end of upscale (no restaurant, no day spa, few fripperies) but it was a sight better than what we would. The staff was wonderful, the free internet in room was a plus and we had no complaints.” Amenities at Courtyard by Marriott Burlington Williston, Williston
