“My stay in this gorgeous inn was in the main building. It has the charm and atmosphere of a genuine new England inn. The furnishings were all very clean and up to date. The architectural details of the sitting rooms, huge dining room and all rooms were truly unique. I found everything spotless (and I do look in corners). The staff, although very busy, was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have traveled all over the u.s. And this provided everything new England, and the location was wonderful. Be sure and stay in the corner room # 5 with two windows looking out onto the street little creek and pedestrian covered bridge going directly into town.”

“The inn has two sections, the main hotel and a motel annex right next to it. I had selected a 2.5 star hotel and was expecting to be placed in the main hotel. You walk straight into your room from a muddy parking lot. The room was smelly, humid, cramped and rundown. I had to turn on the extremely loud AC unit for an hour before it got cool enough. Carpet throughout the hotel was moldy. There were no curtains; the window shade was torn. I was extremely upset that this hotel categorized itself as 2.5 stars. I would never stay here again.” 1 of 2 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
