• Breakfast served too early.

“My husband and I traveled to hotel for a vacation/job interview. It was a great hotel, with recently renovated rooms and a great location. We would recommend it to anyone traveling to the Burlington, VT area.”

• No eating spot onsite plus 3 fax messages sent to confirm beds went unanswered.

• Bathroom next to elevator made the hallway smell a little.

• The room was very clean and attractive. Nice room.
• Could not connect to internet in rooms, had to go to lobby or outside.

“The hotel was right off the interstate which was easy to find. The lobby was somewhat a typical hotel. Our room was very nice, clean and attractive. I really like the way the hotel used an attractive sheet as a duvet cover instead of the hotel bedspreads. Those are creepy. A nice desk is provided but could not bring up high speed internet on my laptop. Had to go to the lobby for a connection. The breakfast included a waffle iron so you could make your own, an egg and bacon biscuit plus the typical other breakfast items. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The rooms were very quiet.
• Breakfast Mon - Fri was only available until 9, not 10 as on the weekend.

“The hotel was built recently and has never allowed smoking so the rooms smell clean! There's a nice outdoor pool. It's only 10 minutes drive to Burlington. The free breakfast is generous and includes cereal, bagels, fruit and waffles.”

“Had to wait too long in line to check in, but check in itself was quick. Room was nice, breakfast was good. Only thing really wrong was the distance of the hotel from everything except the airport, but I took the train in.”

• Staff was excellent and amenities were great.
• No problems.

“Property was clean and modern with excellent hot breakfast buffet and numerous amenities. Staff was wonderful and went out of their way to assist with our numerous requests (roll-way bed, airport shuttle, etc). Pool was clean and taken care of. Airport shuttle was full so they even arranged taxi service at their expense. Great experience - would recommend highly for the price and features.”

• Towels threadbare.

“Wonderful location with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is a bit small with sink in an outside area. Breakfast is way more than a continental and has a great variety with staff constantly replenishing. If the towels in the bathroom were upgraded, this could easily become a 3 star hotel.”

• The cups for breakfast juice were the size of a shot glass!

“The Fairfield Inn is a nice property about 5 minutes from Downtown Burlington, VT conveniently located off Interstate 89. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and rooms are clean and economical. Good breakfast options available.”

• The staff was very helpful during check in and check out.
• The juice machine spit all over you when you filled your cup.

“The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful, moving me to a room closer to the elevator when our original room was distant. We also left a pillow in our first room that was turned in to the lost and found. the lobby space was tiny but comfortable.”
