• Staff was freindly, breakfast was fine.
• Bed was too small, pool was too small, fitness room was too small, carpet stained and dirty.

“Pool area needs work. Lots of mold and rust on walls and poor ventilation in pool area. Complimentary breakfast was nice but no one to monitor and replenish food items regularly. Room was small and carpet was stained. Great location from interstate.”

• The rooms were out dated.

“This hotel was accommodating to our needs. But the rooms were out dated and had toilet problems. I rated the hotel 2.5.”

• The hotel was clean and the staff was nice and attentive. We actually utilized the swimming pool and the location was great.

“The hotel itself was clean, the lobby, pool and the room. It is located in a great area surrounded by everything you would need (gas, restaurants, stores especially Wal-mart. Even recreation such movie theaters. I will return there and recommend others to do the same.”

• The microwave and the fridge in the room.
• The pool was cold.

“It was great to find a fridge & microwave in every room. The staff was all friendly & nice. My only complaint is that the pool was too cold. But overall very good!”

• Easy access off of freeway.
• Distance from my desired location in Edwardsville.

“My preference would have been to stay in Edwardsville where I had business. O'Fallon was a twenty minute drive from Edwardsville.”

• Swimming pool was not clean enough.

“Overall a nice stay. However there was either a candy bar in the swimming shower area that we informed management about and was never cleaned or inspected very poor in that arena.”

• The price was great, friendly people worked at the hotel.
• The bed was too soft.

• Liked that it offered a fridge and microwave.
• No comedy channel!

“Room was clean, bed comfortable. Construction of new hotel going up next door interfered with parking spaces. Was really upset that there was no Comedy Channel - missed my shows. That would be only reason I would not stay there again, everything else was fine.”

• First night was in a smoking room, switched 2nd night.

“Nice, economical place a bit out of the way which made it hard to find but it was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Pillows could be better.”

• Our room was the worst I have ever stayed in. I asked for a different room and even tried to bribe the clerk.

“They put us in a handicap room. They said the bed was a double bed, but it was not big enough for my wife and I to sleep in the same bed. We had gone to a Michael Bubble concert and wanted a romantic evening and this was a nightmare.”

• Had your own personal refrigerator.
• Hot tub and pool was shut down!

“We went to Fairview Heights to relax and shop, but we could not sit in hot tub because it was not usable. After the holidays, we just wanted some time to ourselves to relax. I will not do this again.”

“Did not meet my expectations. Pool and hot tub were unavailable. Breakfast selection was poor for a Baymont Inn. Floor in room had not been swept. Will not stay there again.”

• Room configuration was all wrong. Requested 2 doubles in 3 rooms. Got 1 right.

“Location was great for golf and ram's football. They did not accommodate our needs for # of beds and they were not at all flexible.”

• The rooms were terrific, and the employees were super nice.
• There was not anything we did not like.

“We loved the motel. We had stayed at a new Baymont on vacation, and that gave us the incentive to try another one. This one was great. Close to everything we needed.”
