• Conviently located to the Mall - met our needs & the price was right!
• The ad for the hotel stated continental breakfast was included, but the staff said it wasn't included in our cost.

“Despite the frustration
breakfast, the hotel itself was great, staff friendly/helpful, and the room was very nice. Really couldn't ask for better especially w/the price I paid!”

• Free shuttle to nearby locations.
• Terrible restaurant.

“I think the hotel is well located and offers a great service to nearby locations like the free shuttle. Most of the staff was friendly. The swimming pool is great too. The only complaints are the not so clean room (hair on the sheets) and the restaurant on site. The food quality was very low (looked like made on the microwave).”

• Good but small pool and fitness center, rooms clean and well appointed.
• Hallways were over air conditioned.

“Excellent location, near central shopping and mall in Framingham/Natick. Staff was helpful and cooperative. For some computer reason, check out didn't go smoothly and I never received a paper copy of my stay there, but the balance on my account was $0, so they said I could just leave. I would have preferred a paper record, but otherwise everything went smoothly.”

• Extremely slow service in dining room; took 1 1/2 hour to get chef salad.

• Soft bed and pillows, very clean, helpful and courteous staff, good food.
• Breakfast was expensive, but good.

“This hotel is in a great location, right behind the new "Natick Collection" mall. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful, and we appreciated the lifeguard at the pool during evening hours. A manager even checked the pool at one point to make sure all the children had adult supervision. The breakfast buffet was excellent, though a bit pricey for a family of five. We would stay here again!”

• I was unaware it was non smoking, but it wasn't bad to go outside.

• Location to the venue we had to attend for a swim meet and the Natick Mall, our favorite place to shop in MA.
• My daughter forgot her favorite stuffed animal, the staff assured us the maid would turn it in; it did not happen.

“Once again we enjoyed our stay at a Marriott Courtyard for it's convenience to our venue and the many amenities available. However, after being assured by three different staff members that the lost stuff animal would be found and returned the housekeeping manager was very curt with me on my phone inquiry after returning home.”

• Nothing.
• Staff indifferent to health issues caused by their use of chemicals products in room.

“Before arrival, upon arrival and every day I was there I told them not to use cleaning sprays and perfumed toiletries in my room. I sensed no effort on their part to be proactive in getting this major health resolved for me. I have registered a complaint with Marriott.”

• The hotel was close and easily accessible to all of the major highways in the area, making this hotel location ideal for the avid traveler.
• We arrived at the hotel at midnight and there were only two extremely narrow parking spaces available; therefore, the lot was not sufficient.

“Although the noise level at times was a little disturbing, the hotel was a decent place to stay. The cable selections were limited, although the option to pay extra for additional stations kind of irritates me because I feel that this should be included in the price of the hotel.”
