• Everyone was helpful and friendly. I also felt very safe there.
• No pool.

“I have not been back to my home town in about 11 years and now that I have found a place to stay that is helpful, clean, and safe my plan is to continue to return.”

• Continental breakfast.
• The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke.

“The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The provided continental breakfast was quick and adequate. The room was fine, but could hear noises from the rooms next door. Also, they should make the doors to the rooms close more quietly (constant loud slamming doors).”

• They had a washer/dryer available at no cost to guests.
• The front desk clerk was rude when we checked in.

“Although the clerk was rude, he was the only staff we encountered who acted in that manner. The owner had a cook-out for all guests that evening, serving burgers/dogs, chips, & soda! How nice it was not to worry about where to take the kids for supper. Also, we had been on the road for 6 days. Having a washer/dryer free of charge was wonderful and made coming home easier, not having to face the mountain for dirty laundry!! Thanks Best Western!”

• This hotel was extremely clean.
• Overcharged for pets.

“The hotel is in a great location and is spotless. The lobby is very attractive and the rooms were very clean. The maid service is outstanding. However, my tub took over 2 hours to drain, my phone was broken, and I was told I would have to pay a $20.00 initial pet deposit upon check-in. Instead, the hotel charged me a $20.00 PER DAY pet fee. I thought this was unfair and overpriced. I do not know if I would stay at the Best Western again because most hotels charge you a pet deposit, which they refund when you check-out. I don't think it is worth the money if you are bringing your pet.”
