“Excellent value, Didn't pay a lot, have no complaints. Bed comfortable, breakfast good. I have paid more & stayed at much worse places.”

“The staff was friendly but the hotel room was worn, the ceiling was patched, the TV old with poor reception and feed back, I could hear the people next door all night. The breakfast was sufficient. The room just felt like a truck stop type room”

“Good location, clean rooms where everything was is working order, spacious breakfast area with a decent selection of breakfast options. The motel is slightly worn, but the maintenance has kept things working well. The outdoor pool had not yet been cleaned for summer use, but it was early April, so that's to be expected.”

“It's a budget hotel with bad smell.”

“I have stayed in this hotel before. I think it is a good value. This time my room had a strong perfume smell in an effort to mask a smell from the carpet. I awoke the next morning and the gas was stolen from my car. I will stay there again because in previous stays the room was better and I will park closer to the lobby.”

“The hotel was nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The problem I had was that the hot water didn't work 3 of the days that I was there. It always seemed to go out just when I needed to shower.”

“Convenient, acceptable rooms. Not the best La Quinta I have stayed in. Hotel seems to have seen better days but was adequate for our needs.”

“This hotel met my expectations for cleanliness, a nice room and a nice bed. I would recommend it to anyone who needed a room for the same purpose as me. A place to sleep.”

“It meet with my expectations. Very great location - easy access to many different places. Nicely decorated - had a good feel when you walked through the door.”

“The first room we were given was disgusting, but the only one available. It was also a smoking room which we specifically said we don't want, but it was late and we have two young children. The next day we were switched to a more acceptable room.”

“Hotel seemed old and dingy; room had foul odor.”

Louise from Westbury, NY
“Rooms are adequate, although god help you if you get a neighbor with a deep voice because the walls are paper thin. Third floor is half smoking and although I requested a no smoking room, they put me in a smoking room. Ultimately kept me on the smoking floor although they did change my room. Common areas are a bit worn, i.e.: carpet stains in the hallways, worn spots in places of most wear like by the elevator. Lobby is very unimpressive as to where the front desk is located.”

“The room smelled like cigarettes, it had ants everywhere and there were someones underpants between the top sheet and the blanket. The shower curtain and bottom of the tub were filthy!”

“Easy to find, clean, late night arrival staff not friendly. Do not take a room in the rear of hotel. The back of hotel faces interstate, the traffic noise was overwhelming. The breakfast was skimpy.” Amenities at Baymont Inn and Suites Auburn/Worcester, Auburn
