“The room was dirty, hotel staff failed to clean it, hotel guests were noisy, and loud until 2 and 3 am. Totally out of control.”

• Staff was extremely friendly and kind.
• Hotel seemed to be a bit run down.

• Their Express breakfast has better choices than higher price hotels.
• Furnitures are old; bathroom area is small with no vent. Exterior corridor needs replacing.

“My request for a nonsmoking room falls on deaf ears all the time. But the check-in clerk always manages to find the very last nonsmoking room available.”

• The weekend hotel manager was very friendly and accommodating.
• The walls were very think and you could hear complete conversations from the room next door.

“It was within reasonable distance from Saratoga springs. We enjoyed our stay.”

• Breakfast.
• Room not clean enough, need a good vacuum.

“Room was cold, the space heater was not adequate and extremely noisy. The room needed a good vacuum cleaning and was bug infested. Security concerns, too much open areas to outside.”

• Excellent continental breakfast. Liked the availability of free beverages, soda, too, 24/7.
• It was Christmas so I cut staff some slack, however, other than making the bed, failed to stock soap, coffee, etc.

“Breakfast is extensive and public areas very nicely appointed. Free wi-fi and two public computers was a wonderful bonus. Room layout somewhat limited for three adults. I'm not a fan of "outside" entrances to the room which is how this hotel is set up.”
