• Friendly staff, well-kept, and quiet.
• Slow elevator service (but it was only 4 floors).

“No frills here, but attractive and offered everything I could imagine I'd need.”

• The pool & spa.
• No smoking rooms.

• Pool was a little small.

• The hotel was clean, charming, comfortable and I would return in the future.
• The breakfast serving area was very small.

• Clean, attractive hotel and room at a reasonable price.
• I liked everything.

“We only stayed one night, but were very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel and our room was immaculate and tastefully decorated. It had the amenities we needed for our short stay. Excellent value.”

• Cleanliness, professionalism and type of guests.
• No courtesy shuttle to area main attraction.

“Staff was courteous and rooms are clean and modern. Parking was plentiful. Area rates during Saratoga races are exorbitant, especially for a hotel with no restaurant, bar, shuttle and an ok pool.”

• It was quiet, clean and had plenty of parking.
• Limited transportation options. Average 40 minute wait for a taxi.

“This hotel is a good home base for those traveling to Saratoga Springs.”

• Great breakfast (waffles); clean and well-stocked, Pool was fun.
• I only missed those curved shower curtain rods that keep the curtain off you while bathing.

“Nice, comfortable room (well, mini-suite) right off Rt. 87. Everything worked, room temp was good, sleep was undisturbed by others, mattress was good, everything looked clean, nothing smelled of perfume or mold, breakfast was excellent (esp. for being inclusive & continental). Definitely good value for money; would stay there again.”

• Forgotten article left if room was mailed back to me.
• Room was noisy and air conditioner blew directly on head of bed.

“The room was neat, clean and comfortable; the bathroom large. The room however was very noisy, even when the air conditioning was not running. It was necessary to have the air conditioning running but it blew cold air directly on head of bed resulting in poor sleep. Because of this alone, I would not stay there again. Staff was accommodating and when I had forgotten something in my room, they mailed it back to me intact with no problems.”

• Hotel was convenient to highway, but far enough from city to be quiet.
• Not much around it. No restaurants.

• In Europe this hotel would have been rated a 4.
• The entrance to the hotel should be more noticeable

“The staff is pleasant and professional. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is excellent, especially if you are traveling with children. Have no complaints.”
