• Cleanliness.
• Staff was terrible with directions, food was horrible.

“If you are looking for a good breakfast this is not the place to go! However, room is very clean, staff was friendly and generally the hotel served its purpose - somewhere to lay your head down for a night!”

• Very clean and free breakfast and free wireless internet access was a plus.
• Bathrooms can be updated and air conditioning units can be improved.

“Good in Atlantic City area if you do not mind driving to the beach/boardwalk area. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Free breakfast and free wireless internet access were a nice bonus.”

• Location was alright.
• Unfriendly staff and management, bad food.

“For this to be a hotel, they were far from accommodating. We tried to call the hotel nearly 10 times on our way because we were lost and no one answered the phone. Once we arrived, I went to check-in and the manager on duty was rude about answering simple questions that I had to ask about how many beds there were, what time check-out was, and a shuttle service to the boardwalk. I have little to say when it comes to good things about the hotel- aside from the free parking.”

• Clean, well furnished, right about "upscale" quality.
• Walking outdoors from the lobby to the hotel entrance would be inconvenient in the rain.

“The hotel was everything that you would expect. The mattresses, in particular, were surprisingly good, as were the sheets.”

“The experience was great. The hotel was affordable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The pool was clean and the free breakfast was better than I could have expected. We will definitely return again in the future.”

• Facilities were excellent, free breakfast was very tasty.
• Hotel itself was excellent.

“Hotel is located about 6 miles from boardwalk, but was in a safe location. On a main highway with lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms were good size, clean. Bathroom had a good-size counter to place cosmetics, hairbrushes, etc. Hot, free breakfast was excellent.”

• The price was good.
• The room we were in had a musty smell to it and the AC did not clear the smell.

“Hotel was generally what I would have expected from Holiday Inn. I suspect that the room with the musty smell was a one off situation as I had been to this hotel in the past and was very pleased.”

• No micro wave on our floor, no fridge.

“I feel the price was fair. They didn't clean coffee pot or replace ice liner just left the water in container.”

• It had a pool.
• Not all rooms had refrigerator.

“I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was a little small for 3 people and there was no refrigerator. They need to upgrade their TV's, it was also small. I was pleased with the location and it was easy to get to the casino's. It was also affordable. Needed more shuttle service to the casino's.”

• Wasn't what we where expecting for the money.

“TV didn't work, 2 or 3 light bulbs where out, the room was to small, they don't have queen beds, staff was not help full, bathroom fan was broken, no effort to fix it.”

• The rooms air conditioning did not remove the humidity, so the room got cool but it was a wet cool. Hate that!

“The hotel was ok, not the quality of Holiday Inn Express I am used to staying in. Hated the air conditioning and the remote did not work for the TV. No big deal but annoying in this day and age.”

• Easy stay! Clean, convenient, service friendly!
• Lobby/check-in not connected to main building w/rooms.

“If you like to be away from the noise and hustle/bustle of AC, this is the place to stay at a very reasonable rate. It was easy to stay here. The place was clean, convenient, and the service was friendly.”

• My phone didn't work.

“The check in/out process was easy. However, the staff was not very friendly and when I got to my room I wanted to make a phone call and was not able to make local or long distance called. I called the desk and they said for long distance they needed to hold my credit card. I was fine with that, but when I attempted to make a call for a food delivery, the phone was still not working. Called the desk, and they said that I could come down to the front desk and use their phone, which was not convenient for me at all. I used the pay phone in the Hallway. The next day I tried to use the payphone for a long distance call, and was not able to do this either. Not a great experience on the whole. The room was clean and in a much safer location.”

• Breakfast was great. Very good.
• Did not like the detached lobby. Had to walk outside to reach the Lobby.

“For the money was very good. Would stay again. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean. Only reservation was the bathroom needed work. Show was difficult to adjust water temperature.”

• I was pleasantly surprised with the quality for the price in such an area as Atlantic City.
• I do not have any complaints.

“Other Lodges/Motels in the Atlantic City area, that I received, were seedy/scary looking. I was very happy with the cleanliness and obvious newer furnishings that I found. I have already recommended the place to a friend and would not hesitate to stay here again.”
