• Very clean, beautiful hotel with great access to shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
• Wish room was slightly bigger.

“We were in town for a 16th birthday for our daughter. Hotel was very close to shopping, restaurants and Magic Mountain. The room was very clean, although it could have been a little larger. The staff at the Hyatt were very efficient and helpful.”

• Very comfortable Beds.
• The beds were only doubles not queens.

• I love the location, the comfortability of the room/beds and jacuzzi.
• Nothing that I didn't like. It was all fabulous.

“This hotel is beautifully decorated. Has a great ambiance and great grounds. The jacuzzi and pool area are gorgeous, lots of trees and a fireplace so you feel very lush and secluded. The beds and sheets are really comfortable. The room has great ventilation.”

“ Wonderful stay. Extremely courtesy and accommodating personal. Lovely patio and pool area. The hotel has a bit of a housekeeping problem as the rooms are not cleaned or checked daily for supplies. ”

• Very clean with free parking in adjacent garage.
• Rooms near McBean parkway have traffic noise.

“Five story business hotel built to compliment a major development mixed housing homes, town homes, condos, and stores built around small streets in an attempt to personalize an otherwise large suburban development. Nice courtyard offering outdoor dining with fireplace next to pool. Gardens appear popular for weddings.”

• Well appointed rooms. Quiet.
• Couldn't get wireless broadband signal in room.

“The Hyatt Valencia Town Center provided very nicely appointed rooms in a quiet setting. It was conveniently located for my purposes and offered free covered parking adjacent to the hotel. A wide assortment of dining and shopping options were nearby, many close enough to walk to.”

• Excellent location, near to shopping, dining and entertainment.
• Rooms were not cleaned between first and second night.

“We stayed two nights at a very nice hotel. The only issue was the rooms weren't cleaned and the beds weren't made for our second night. I understand the reason for not changing the linen is for conservation, but at least the rooms should have been tidied up. We usually leave a tip for the maid with a note thanking them for the clean room. Since the room wasn't cleaned while we were gone, we felt the tip wasn't deserved.”
