• dirty, loud music, unfriendly staff, bad neighborhood

“This hotel is not the luxurious hotel it tries to image itself as....Don't believe the pretty pictures you see on their web site.

1.) Cleaning staff smokes around the front desk. They left their smoldering cigarettes in the ashtray stinking up the lobby when they went back to work.

2.) Cable TV picture is terrible. Remote doesn't work properly. The channel down button works, but not the channel up.

3.) LOUD music from the night club leaks up to my 4th floor room and is quite annoying. I pity those on 2nd floor directly above it.

4.) Hair in the tub...some of it short and curly.

5.) No bathroom water glasses.

6.) Strange assortment of kitchen dishes. 2 small coffee cups, 1 saucer, 1 salad plate, two small dinner plates. 1 large covered pot, one small pot. Lots of knives and cooking utensils. No eating utensils.

7.) Unprofessional remodel left dishwasher knocking into the cabinet knob at a right angle to it when it opens.

8.) Ethernet jack is located above the sink...not near the computer table.

9.) White slipcovers on all furniture. Who knows what lies beneath.

10.) Oh...artificial ivy decorates the metal storage shelving that the TV is sitting on. I guess it's supposed to be decorative.

Checkin is at 4 pm....staff did not want to let me into my room earlier. Even though it was cleaned.”
