• Have stayed there before - predictable high quality room and restaurant, great location.
• Not applicable.

“It's really all spelled out above: predictable high quality, friendly service both for the room and the restaurant. We stayed there due to a death in our immediate family and had to fly cross country from CA. We didn't want any hassles and there were none. The folks at the Regency were entirely accommodating and gracious.”

• Difficult to park on Saturday night.

• The location was perfect for us, since we combined business & pleasure.
• Ordered breakfast and it never came.

• The staff was very professional and friendly.
• The mattress was too thin, and did not have a cover.

“The hotel is very good overall, the food was fabulous, my only complaint was about the mattress.”

• Pool was closed early for cleaning.
