• Shuttle service great to have.
• Hotels are a little hard to get in the right lanes to get to.

“The hotel was great, room clean, though a little out of the way. The shuttle service was always on time. People at the desk were helpful but I did not try the spa. It was a bit out of my affordable range. Room service was a little slow. The casino was great because we won, though not big a few hundred. We did not lose at black jack or slots. We had a great time.”

• The Grand was quite, very well kept, had large clean rooms, and overall was quite enjoyable.
• Parking was somewhat inconvenient.

“This was a very well maintained hotel and grounds. The Hotel compares to other four star accommodations I have used over the past several years and the price was outstanding, The staff were friendly and accommodating.”

“The stay was pleasant, they didn't have the double beds I needed, but provided a rollaway free of charge. Would stay again.”
