• I loved it!
• I asked the front desk for an extra pillow, as I suffer from a sinus condition. They never brought me a pillow. There were ice patches in all areas.

“My wife and I frequent this establishment regularly when in this area of Connecticut. The staff gives no eye contact and are emotionally cold although I am a regular customer. They did not adequately clear ice patches and I almost fell. When I told this to staff, he just stared at me and said he would take care of it. I'm thinking of finding another motel.”
