• Clean and helpful and cheerful at 1:30 AM checkin.

“Service was excellent-staff was cheerful knowledgeable and helpful.They treated my granddaughter like a princess.”

• Quiet location close to NYC, very comfortable, good value, attractive.
• The pool seemed always to be closed.

“We felt very safe here. This hotel is a good value for being so close to New York City. We took the Staten Island Ferry in every day and then took the Subway around Manhattan. There is a bus line close to the hotel. The hotel and its setting are attractive.”

• It was more than what I expected, it was great.
• Parking, hotel holds many weddings making it difficult to park.

• The staff was very accommodating to needs and courteous at all times.
• I think the parking lot needed to be improved.

“I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Gardens very much and would definitely not hesitate to stay there again whenever I travel to NYC. It was clean, well staffed, the food was excellent and they had a gym which was open 24 hours. Our room was always neat and clean the rest of the hotel. I felt very safe there.”

• The staff was the best.

“The hotel was one of the best for staff and comfort in the last year I have stay at a lot of hotel but this one was nice and quite. The hotel cost was half as much as the ones in New York city and better than most of them.”

• Every staff member we met was helpful, courteous and very friendly.
• The lobby was cold sometimes.

“This hotel made me feel very safe. I was never afraid to be in the room alone or roam around freely. The staff was always helpful, courteous and friendly. They were very attentive to all of our needs without being overbearing. It was such a wonderful experience we are going back in June, 2007.”
