“Decent size room with comfortable bed, somewhat noisy due to thin walls and Rte 1 - staff very helpful”

“This hotel was incredible. My daughter didn't want to leave to go to the beach, or come home. I was handed an itinerary for my child upon check-in & it was all included. The hotel was very reasonably priced & I will definitely be returning next summer.”

“We went to this hotel for a spur of the moment beach trip. The hotel is a short drive from Hampton Beach (say five, ten minutes). I would highly recommend this hotel for families. The accommodations for parents with children were excellent. Relaxed, but hardly romantic.”

“Overall experience was that the rooms were clean. The breakfast was okay. But the dining area was always packed and there were never tables available, so you'd have to take your food to the room. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed at all times. The other guests there seemed crude with only the exception of a handful. Just a clean bed to sleep in.”

“This hotel was great, especially for families. The rooms were clean and spacious. My only problem was the bugs. At night the bugs were out full force and you had to walk through a thousand bugs hovering in the breezeway and outside the room to get inside.”

“This hotel is very convenient, with clean rooms and a friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was help yourself, and the offerings were pre packaged (cereal, oatmeal), breads, or fruit. There was no option for a hot meal (eggs, bacon, etc.) Parking is outside the room, and the rooms open to the outside (tough in winter). There was no internet access, but the rooms were clean and comfortable (though the double beds were closer to "full").”

“This hotel meets the need of a place to stay. Its clean, well located, has lots of amenities for families. Kind of noisy though when lots of kids are staying above you. But on the whole a nice hotel. I was glad I stayed there.”
