• Staff is excellent! Nice accomodations.
• No visible security or security cameras

“This is a nice, clean hotel with excellent service from the staff. It was nice to have a full size kitchen in our room - we stayed for a month while we were in the process of moving. Pet friendly!”

• Well the price of course, it was quiet.
• The forst TV
  we had didn't work and the 2nd worked but couldn't see what channel you're on.

“All and all this is a good hotel. No restuarant or anything like that but it is just great to have a full size frig and a couple of burners. The room was clean and we were never disturbed by anyone, good hotel.”

• The hotel staff was very pleasant and friendly.
• Did not have a room with 2 beds as requested.

“This hotel was located close to the area we were hoping for. It was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and did their best to accomodate us even though we called ahead to request a room with 2 beds and they had only single bed rooms avail when we arrived. Overall, the stay was fine.”

• Convenient location, big and free parking lot.
• Poor quality bed and sheets, poor TV set, no shampoo.

“It's location is excellent. But the room is poorly furnished. No service (cleaning/sheet changing) at all for our second day stay! We have 2 adults and 2 yound kids in the room. The kids had to sleep in our own air-bed as the only bed in the room was of a small queen size.”

• It was close to my business and all other hotels were booked.
• Toilets didn't work, no shampoo.

“Price is right if other main hotels in Woodland Hills are booked. Wireless Internet a plus.”

• Location.
• Staff was very unhelpful.

“This hotel is not clean, is not secure, and the evening staff very unhelpful. I am a female business traveler and prefer suite hotels so that I can have a kitchenette, etc. I will never stay here again. ”
