• The fact that it had a kitchen.
• The TV was small and the channels did not come in real good.

“The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The bath room was on the small side, when shutting the bathroom door you had just enough room to get the door shut. The TV is very small with a not so great picture. The bed was comfortable and clean.”

• nice full sized fridge
• bed, capet, pantrys, everything, poor quality

“not a nice hotel, even at 2 start, i would barley call it a 1 start, the bed was thin and hard, there was two pillows and barley any sheets, the air, tv, window and sink were all broken. the room felt dirty. the elevator was barley working, i was scared to use it and had to use the stairs. very poor quality, no staff is there after 11 pm.”

• The hotel desk clerk was very helpful checkin was super fast.
• Nothing.

• Good price, quiet, close to UB University, kitchenette.
• Only one maid service in 7 days stay.

• Location was satisfactory.
• The cleanliness of the room was left wanting. Kitchen area & bathroom had to be recleaned.

“Our room was not clean, so we viewed another similar room and it was worse. Our kitchen area and bathroom had to be cleaned by the hotel Asst. Manager, after we complained. We found an empty soda bottle (not ours), under the bed, the day we checked out.The staff were very co-operative, however, we would definitely not recommend this hotel, to anyone.”

• I liked the fact that it has a kitchen with a stove.

“I guess everything was fine, I enjoyed not having the maids knock everyday on the door early in the moring. If I wanted towels etc I had to call and request them, then pick them up at the front desk on the bottom floor. everything was fine, how ever I had to sleep on a cot cause all the hotel has is one queen bed per room. My mother and daughter slept in the bed.”

• Price.
• Takes forever to exit side street the hotel is on to get on the main artery. Traffic is horrendous.

“I moved the very uncomfortable lazyboy chair from 1997 (info from desk clerk) so it was closer than 12 feet from the small TV, and found bobby pin and corn chips on carpet. Only bath room amenities were 2 small
