• The room was dirty, there was no hot water in the shower, the bed smelled.

“I was very dissapointed. This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, the floors were a mess, the sheets were disgusting, the bed smelled, there was no hot water in the shower, the front door barley locked.”

• Facilities (pool) not available chemical problem.
• Room is over priced for size and comfort. Decor was awful, bad experience.

“Terrible hotel for that price. I will never use that hotel again. The pool was closed. The rooms are old, dirty, and need renovation. Its not even one star in my opinion. I tried to get out of the room but desk clerk would not let me, so I was forced to stay at this hotel for the duration of my reservation.”

• The people were friendly.
• The room was musty and the doors in several rooms did not lock properly.

“I was not expecting much, a one night stay at an inexpensive motel. I was still very disappointed. The room was musty, the ceiling had holes which had been patched over, the doors of my room and a room they gave me the wrong key to did not lock. The knob lock did not withstand a slight push, the bolt lock had no bolt. So you were not safe either in the room nor when gone. I returned to find my door totally ajar after having left for dinner. It was a run down fleabag motel. It was totally disgusting.”
